The location provided effortless access with a water taxi stop conveniently next to the building. I enjoyed breakfast each morning on the terrace. It overlooked the Grand Canal. The staff greeted me by name daily. I felt welcome upon arrival and departure due to efficient luggage service.

The hairdryer in the room was older and not very powerful, so it took longer to dry my hair.

cheap pillowsvinegar smell

The pillows were cheap and flat , not what I expect from a hotel of this caliber. Towels smelled strongly of vinegar and lacked softness. Water pressure in the shower was inadequate , a significant disappointment.
